If a registered participant cancels up to 2 months prior to the start of a workshop, a full refund of all monies paid to date will be provided. Refund requests within 2 months  will incur a fee equivalent to the lesser of the deposit paid or 25% of the total amount paid.  Abhyāsa Yoga will, at it’s absolute discretion, consider refund amounts for cancellations within 14 days under exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to refund any ‘No Shows’ or non-attendance on any day(s) during the workshops. 

Abhyasa Yoga reserves the right to cancel courses should circumstances change for reasons beyond our control (Facilitator illness, flight delays/cancellations, natural disaster). In the unlikely event this occurs, the total amount paid will be refunded to the registered participant. Abhyasa Yoga is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant as a result of the cancellation.

We advise participants to take out travel insurance to cover workshop payments and travel expenses in case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
